the faculty of business and economics has established a number of scholarships for international students enrolling in the bachelor of commerce.

a 20% fee remission scholarship for the duration of the course.

eligibility

this scholarship is for international students only. students must have completed an approved year 12 program or equivalent that meets the eligibility requirements for the bachelor of commerce. this will include a range of programs such as foundation, australian year 12, ib, indian year 12, and a levels. students must:

· achieve a minimum atar of 90 (or equivalent) and fulfil subject prerequisites for the bachelor of commerce. scores that are slightly below targets published in our entry requirements page may be considered.

· be a citizen from a country deemed to be under-represented in the bachelor of commerce.

· be made an unconditional offer for the bachelor of commerce

· accept a place in the bachelor of commerce in the year it is offered.

the bennelong foundation was established by the bangarra group (formerly bennelong group), a funds management and private equity business, with the aim of contributing to positive change in the community. the scholarship is open to full-time first year access melbourne bachelor of commerce students with a strong interest in finance who are experiencing financial or social hardship.

the scholarship is valued at $10,000 per annum for the recipient's second and third years of study.
